An attempt was made to combine the historical with a modern standard, so that a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine are available in the fitted kitchen, but at the same time the historical masonry was preserved. A wood-burning stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze when the wood-burning stove remains cold. In the living room you will find satellite TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

All rooms are separately accessible from the anteroom. From the kitchen-living room, you can go directly to a 21 m² wooden terrace in the front yard. Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
