The place is very picturesque, with great views and pretty allotment. Ideal for a land area. The heated tiled stove is very charming, but for older people the stairs to the bathroom and kitchen are a hurdle. I would strongly recommend it. A minus point: the very early Ckeck-out time at 10 am. The video camera at the property was also slightly irritated. Because it doesn't fit into the idyllic wasteland, where the world is still in order...

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended! :)

Sabine's apartment is in a great location, very private on a horse farm on a sunny hillside. The sparkling clean one-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need. We were there in winter and the wood stove with firewood provided quickly warms up. We explored the woods of the area on foot and by car, walking is perfectly possible from the apartment. A wonderful place to relax.

We spent one night in Christian's apartment. I'm satisfied, everything was fine😊 Cozy, well equipped apartment. Our little boy was very happy about the many toys 🤗 Christian even got a travel cot, thank you so much for that! There is also a garden where you can sit outside very nicely in summer, also with many things for children. I can highly recommend it!😊

A super cozy house in a beautiful location on the edge of the small village of Karlstift. The furnishings are very complete without a lot of unnecessary stuff. We did not see the landlords in person, but communication via app and phone went smoothly. The ski lift is really right in front of the house, unfortunately there was no snow - which was not so bad as there were not too far away slopes with artificial snow.

I and my friend enjoyed our night in the house very much! The interior is amazing and very authentic, there are lots of kitchen utensils, the fireplaces made the house very cozy. Dominik was very helpful and easy to communicate. We also liked the surroundings very much, the nature is beautiful and there are some easy hiking routes. Would definitely recommend and can imagine myself coming here one more time for sure!

Absolutely special place with a unique character. An old country house from the 19th century, beautifully renovated. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen: either gas or an old country smoking stove. Spacious apartment, warm clean bathroom. The owner is a very hospitable, unique person.
