A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts and consists of an anteroom, a large bedroom and a small bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a kitchen-living room with full equipment. All rooms are separately accessible from the anteroom. From the kitchen-living room, you can go directly to a 21 m² wooden terrace in the front yard. Numerous hiking trails in the Gusental region and bike paths lead directly through Katsdorf!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. However, there are also many other possibilities in the nearby region. Hiking or shopping is possible nearby. From April to October, a restaurant and museum in the annex can be visited in the afternoon or evening on weekends or public holidays. Cultural events such as musical theater, exhibitions and museums as well as city tours are a 15-minute drive away.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
