A very quiet and peaceful place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

Sanja & Christian are quite wonderful hosts and the room has a very lovingly designed interior in a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed positive energy for three days and very good sleep at night! The beautiful city center is within walking distance and the sun was shining for me - wonderful spring colors everywhere. I highly recommend this cozy place and say thank you for your warmth! This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!

The place not only looks exactly as it appears in the photos, but surpasses them with lovingly arranged still lifes and thoughtful details. Also with an enchanting view of both the landscape and the city. The beds are very comfortable, the surroundings absolutely quiet. The bright conservatory was our feel-good place: breakfast and also evening sun room. The extra breakfast, served in the room, was very fresh and so plentiful that we even had some of it twice. We were able to reach and marvel at the nearby and charming young city with our wheels in 5 minutes. You can't get more Tübingen. Glad to come back! THANK YOU!

Very good accommodation in a private house with private bathroom and toilet, I slept well and quietly, the breakfast was very good and according to my wishes. Ute is an pleasant, unobtrusive host. I can fully recommend the property.
