We had a great and snowy weekend at Eschenberg. The owner was on site when we arrived and welcomed us directly in a friendly way and accompanied us to our apartment. The apartment is wonderfully located right on the ski slope and is just super in a great location for tobogganing or skiing with small children. In the evening after a long day of skiing, we just had to walk a few steps to the pizzeria, which is in the same building to have dinner there. It was very convenient and delicious too. We had a lovely weekend with three kids. Many thanks to the hosts, we will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, just like in the description. Location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

A very nice bright, clean and modern apartment. It had everything you needed. Check-in via key box worked out great. A very big plus for the apartment and also a reason for my booking was the wonderful view you have from the dining table and also from the couch. (as shown in the pictures) Very nice environment for hiking and walking. I will definitely come back.

The apartment is well equipped, quiet and located in a scenic area. Iris and Uli are very friendly and helpful hosts.

The apartment was very clean. Spacious bedrooms. Kitchen also equipped with all the comforts. Matthias is a friendly host and responds quickly and adequately. We enjoyed ourselves in this stay. Winterberg is a 20-minute drive. I would recommend it to others with pleasure!

Great apartment in the perfect location! Everything was clean, modern and exactly as described. Communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed in the house for an extended weekend. It is in a very quiet location. The decor makes you feel right at home. Especially in cold temperatures, the fireplace is a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped. And if you had any questions, you could always reach out to the host. We will definitely return.

We had a lovely, relaxing couple of days staying at the cabin. It has a really calm and harmonious vibe with warm wood tones in the interior and minimalistic design. We especially liked the indoor dining area with it's comfortable, cushioned bench in front of the large window and great view. The hot tub was also enjoyable and easy to get nice and warm. We travelled by train and walked 35 Min to the cabin. It's easy to find. Some parts of the way there don't have an actual footpath but it is definitely doable. All up a really lovely place to stay in. Our host Steven was also very helpful and communicative.

Communication with the hosts worked very well (friendly, fast, etc.). The premises are really very suitable for larger groups as there is enough space and room to split up for different activities. Everything necessary is available in the house (including many toys for small children, toilet paper, sauna towels). Dog's are welcome. The house itself is in good condition, but you can tell from the building that it is no longer the youngest. We were there in winter (0 degrees outside temperature) and it took 1-2 days for the indoor temperature to be pleasant - bring slippers highly recommended. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back. P.S.: We mainly used the room with the billiard table as a cooling chamber, was almost at outside temperature. If you fire the oven all day in winter, you can endure yourself in the room in the evening, but it was too much effort for every day.

Many thanks to Markus and Andrea for the beautiful accommodation and the help on site (always available for questions). In addition to the great weather we luckily had, we arrived in a clean, spacious, tasteful place to stay. We also visited the Happe inn, directly across the street, operated by the hosts, and were very satisfied! A small, well selected card, we tasted it very good, very friendly service. Hiking trails can be reached in a short drive by car (3 minutes) or otherwise on foot. We would very much like to come back. Thank you:-)

Beautiful, well-kept country cottage, not far from Schmallenberg. We lacked nothing - we were even helped out with a box of beer on the holiday. Host and accommodation, we can fully recommend. Best regards

We enjoyed it very much, the hosts are very nice and straightforward. The amenities were great, especially in the kitchen. We had plenty of room to cook and eat together... not so easy for 11. It would be nice if there might be a table tennis table or a trampoline in the garden. You can make beautiful hikes in the area. Unfortunately, we only had one weekend. We can definitely recommend this house.

We had a great vacation with 6 people and our dogs. The house had all the amenities you need and a little more. All our special requests were implemented and in some cases already accommodated. On the sun terrace, I have a great view of the lake and can enjoy the sun. The area invites you to hike and in summer the path to the lake is worthwhile. We can only recommend the house to everyone.

Our vacation was very spontaneous and we were more than delighted . Everything was super easy to find and communication with Katharina was great . Everything is described in detail, super modern furnishings and everything you need is available. Great further recommendation also with a toddler . We'll definitely be back ☀️🍀

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

We stayed with Andrea for a few days at the turn of the year and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is well-equipped and the terrace and adjoining garden invite you to linger in fine weather. Very nice area for long walks .

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We had a very nice stay in dortmund. The apartment was very nice and clean. The husband welcomed us and he was very nice.

The apartment is quiet, clean; has nice, bright, spacious rooms. Super equipped kitchen. Lots of getaways in the area. We (2 adults and 2 children) felt very comfortable.

Bright apartment, quietly located, well equipped, good opportunities to hike / jog from the apartment. Very nice hostess who always responds immediately to questions. It is also possible to have a quiet breakfast outside. Parking right in front of the door

A perfect stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place was just fantastic – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Especially the sauna was a real highlight and provided pure relaxation! The surroundings were wonderfully quiet, perfect for unplugging, and there were plenty of great getaways nearby. Oli was always available and super helpful. You can tell how much effort and love this place is running. All in all a great stay – I'd love to come back!
