Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
