Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

Unsere modernen und 2019 vollständig sanierten Wohnungen in der „Villa Oestereich“ liegen in sehr zentraler Lage, in Binz und direkt am Kurpark. Unsere schöne 2-Zimmer Junior Suite Park View in der Villa Oesterreich verfügt über einen separaten Schlaf - und Wohnraum und hat eine Kapazität für 2 Personen. Die geschmackvoll ausgestattet und moderne Wohnung verfügt über 36.79 m². Der gemütliche Essbereich befindet sich mit in der Küche und lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen sowie zusammensitzen ein.

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine and the entire studio has a floor heating Enjoy the sunshine on the porch or in the garden

Here you will stay in a modern apartment in a Bauhaus villa above Lake Schmachter. The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The town center and the beach are only about 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Entspann dich in der SeeAlm XXL – wenn schon groß, dann richtig. Auf 110m² bieten wir Dir feinstes Design gepaart mit größtmöglicher Nutzfläche; ob als Familie oder kleine Reisegruppe. Bis zu 6 Personen finden in dieser schmucken Hütte ihren Platz. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad en Suite und ein separates Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett lassen Euch träumen. Der Balkon bietet großartigen Ausblick und die eigene KLAFS Sauna, stimmt Euch auf den Sommer ein.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Sikora vacation home on Lake Schmacht

The non-smoking apartment for 4 people is small at 45 m², but equipped with all the important items. It has a kitchen and a shower room. There are three rooms: a living room, a bedroom with a 1.80 - m- bed and a children's room with two single beds and toilet. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent it for €5 each. In the final cleaning, a parking space for a car is included. The apartment is not heatable. Pets are not allowed.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
