Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Fancy a break with lots of nature, peace, clean air and sea breeze? Rebuilt/renovated in 2020, our house is located in a beautiful garden. Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Thatched holiday cottage on private property. Quiet location with garden, ideal for couples or families with children. 5 min by car to the sandy beach in Prora or Binz, unfortunately there is no bike path yet... Uncomplicated but nicely decorated, sleeping loft with mattresses upstairs, downstairs a queen size bed, a dining area and a kitchen, as well as the bathroom. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, but still the proximity to the seaside resorts, this is the place to be.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Directly in the village there is a water sports school where you can experience windsurfing and kitesurfing under the best conditions.

Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

This modern furnished vacation home offers enough space for 8 guests. Here you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, sauna and fireplace. One of the bedrooms has its own dressing room as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and dining area form a spacious unit. The materials are modern and beautiful. Wi-Fi gives you access to the Internet at any time. The Bodden is about 200 m away and the open sea is 14 km away.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Our country house Elma is in a quiet location in the village of Vilmnitz, not far from the town of Putbus and the Greifswald Bodden. The half-timbered house is located on a large garden property. It has a sunny terrace overlooking the idyllic landscape, a large garden and a private parking space. The house including the apartment has a living area of about 165 sqm, extends over 3 levels and is equipped for 10 people.
