Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Forest parlor

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

Cozy tiny house

Our charming, detached tiny house is quietly located in the backyard of Paderstraße and thus within walking distance to the cathedral, the Pader spring area and downtown. With a small garden, high-quality furnishings and lots of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep, which is why you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Recreational vacation in the Teutoburg Forest in the immediate vicinity of the hiking trails! The apartment was completely renovated in the spring/summer of 2024 and furnished with new, bright furniture. In addition to functionality, attention was paid above all to comfort. A parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house as well as modern amenities such as underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi ensure a relaxing stay.

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

Enjoy your time out in this modern and cozy furnished apartment with terrace in a quiet and central location of Helpup. Walking distance to local supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Transport connection: Railway line RB73 BI-LE, BAB A2 (7 km) and A33 (10 km). Tourist destinations: Bad Salzuflen, Lemgo, Detmold and Bielefeld are about 15 km away.

Nest in the forest (with tree house)

NEST is located in the Teutoburg Forest near Bielefeld at the northern end of a weekend house area. Right next to the nature reserve. And right next to MONO. (See my other listing) You book the entire house on over 1,800 square meters of land. Our tree house has a terrace, a bunk bed, a sofa, a swing, a slide and electricity and thus a heater.
