Beautiful cozy house with sauna and garden and ideally located to explore the area. We felt super comfortable, the check-in with the key box was very practical and easy and the communication with Diana very friendly and uncomplicated. We would book the Sweden house again immediately!

Kathrin is such a warm, friendly woman :) we all felt so comfortable! The house is perfect, superbly equipped and close to the summer toboggan run. Our dogs also loved the accommodation! Thank you for the beautiful weekend, happy to come again ❤️

We stayed with 2 families for an extended weekend in Kathi's house. The house and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained and Kathi was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful.

Nice accommodation, for a weekend. With the airfield next door, definitely a cool experience. The view from the houses could have been a little nicer for the area. You have to get your water for the accommodation in a canister, but that's not so bad. The sanitary facilities were ok, but can be improved. Very nice staff.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

We visited Cor and Marie José's place for a family get-together with 12 people, from age 1 to 87. The place was perfect for a group with diverse needs - beautiful and cozy bedrooms for privacy and a lovely kitchen and dining area for lots of fun-filled family time. Cor and Marie José were super helpful and wonderful hosts. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do. They are just very warm and welcoming people that make you feel right at home in their house. We can highly recommend staying at their place.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and offered us exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We particularly liked the idyllic location - it was incredibly peaceful and we were able to really unwind. Our children were thrilled, because right next door there was a beautiful stream where they could play for hours. That was really perfect for us as a family. A special thank you goes to the hosts Helge and Conny. They were incredibly nice and welcomed us very warmly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a break surrounded by nature.

There were two of us with our dog for a week in Beatrix's accommodation and we felt super comfortable. At check-in, the family was on site and showed us everything. We were received in a very friendly and warm manner. In the accommodation we lacked nothing, everything was very clean, nicely decorated and the location is beautiful. The only criticism: We would have liked to have been prepared for the fact that 4 goats are right on the property. This took a little nerve the first two days, because our dog is very motivated to hunt and we had to show her first that the goats are not eaten. 😅 But with a lot of management, we were able to let them run freely on the beautiful property. We will definitely return! (:

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. So not so suitable for two couples. In the living room, there is also a single bed. Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything is perfect :) Next year again!

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't lack anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! The cabin was lovely and the gardens were beautiful. The sauna was a great feature and there were very nice walking trails right outside the house. The hosts were very kind and had a very generous food basket prepared! The bread service in the morning was also a great touch. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautifully located, with great surroundings for walking and relaxing. In good temperatures you can already sit outside and make partying. Bernhard & Susanne were kind and personable. Another apartment is right next door, which somewhat limited privacy.

Dagmar's beautiful house with wonderful views leaves nothing to be desired. The reception is tremendously warm and everything is thought of in advance. Thank you! We would love to come back and enjoy the tranquility in the Rhön with its exceptionally beautiful flower meadows.

We spent a few days at the Teddy and Doll Festival in Sonneberg and stayed here because it is nice and quiet. It was the right decision.

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

The cottage is very quietly located on the outskirts of a village and ideal starting point for hiking in the surrounding area. You can hike directly into the mountains from the house. By car, many other interesting destinations in South Thuringia and North Franconia are also quickly accessible. Supermarket and butcher is in the village, discount stores and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a games room with lots of toys for the kids. The communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet any requests. We enjoyed it here. If we are in the area once again we will book the place again.

We were allowed to spend 3 nights in this beautiful little cottage and felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet location and the fantastic view with a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. The place is very well organized and nicely decorated. There is everything you need for a nice holiday. The communication was really great and easy. We thank you very much and would love to come again.

Great place to stay in a nice location. Super equipped with the highlight of the second barbecue area outside the village. Everything you need is available, description of the ad is fully applicable. Even better in reality. Excellent for groups, we felt very comfortable.👍

We spent relaxing days in this super beautiful cottage and the idyllic natural garden. The cottage is lovingly renovated, yet it has been able to retain its old charm in many places. There is a lovely welcome package, which the children and our dog were very happy about. The area is super beautiful and interesting. There is a great nature reserve nearby and it is not far to Eisenach. It's just a few kilometers to the nearest village for shopping. You can also have a great vacation in this house and in the surroundings with a rather nervous animal protection dog. There is plenty of space and tranquility for everyone. The people in the village are also very nice and understanding. You can start hiking directly from the house. There is a good information folder. Our children loved the warm down duvets and extra blankets, as the weather was cool on Pentecost. We highly recommend the Kaufmann family and their cottage! 😃

We came as a family with two small children. We felt very comfortable. For the children, all toys were on site. Super outdoor area with trampoline, swings, chairs, sandbox, skateboard... Beautiful living space with loving furnishings. 3 toilets. 1 shower and a bathtub. Everything you need. Kitchen super equipped. Ideal for families with up to 5 children.
