Stephan's house is super nicely furnished, very spacious and there is everything you need for everyday life. Downtown and beach as well as supermarket are within walking distance. Stephan was very easy to reach and helped us very quickly every time. All in all, we felt at home in his beautiful house

We had a lovely vacation with a total of 8 people and 2 dogs in a beautiful house with a magnificent view of a beautiful lake and nature. There was everything you needed.

We enjoyed a few vacation days as a family in this modern and stylishly furnished house. The amenities are high quality and the accommodation is ideal for relaxing vacations. The photos and descriptions reflect reality. The location of the house in a quiet residential area is also excellent. With a bus stop right next to the house, we were also able to reach the inner city of Flensburg in a short time by bus. The place was also a perfect base for our trips to nearby Denmark and the Baltic Sea. Due to the spaciousness of the house with a beautiful terrace and all amenities, we also enjoyed the time away from the excursions very much. Host Thomas is a very likeable and hospitable person, the communication before and during the trip was completely straightforward and pleasant. We can recommend this beautiful place without restrictions!

Wonderful stay, unique location, everything tip-top

Willy's house is much bigger than the pictures suggest. We felt right at home there. The garden is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. The kitchen is very complete. The sitting room is also comfortable and we found the mattresses very pleasant. Willy welcomes you very warmly and is a real dog friend. We explored almost the whole island in 4 days - A l s -. There are so many beautiful hiking trails along the fjords and through the forest and grain fields. We will definitely be back, including Willy, and will then learn more Danish words by heart 😃 Thank you!

Can only recommend this place Clean and tidy. Good and helpful information from the landlord. Nice and functional kitchen, good living room with room for all 6, and good beds for everyone. Definitely not the last time we will use the place as a base for our stay.

You get exactly what you promised. Electricity bill in the end but significantly higher than expected - I don't know if this has to be the case.

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in the new and chicly decorated house and were able to enjoy our getaway with 16 people. Easy check-in, uncomplicated departure. Very good service and all very friendly. The sea is within 15 minutes walking distance. We especially enjoyed the silence and the opportunity to bathe, enjoy the sauna and relax in the hot tub after the beach walk. Absolute recommendation! We will be happy to come back.

Great house that leaves nothing to be desired.. especially suitable for larger groups with children.. Check-in via Dancenter was cumbersome, you only drive to the Dancenter to get the phone number of the caretaker.. could also be communicated right away and save the detour Otherwise, you have to be prepared for the utilities to strike again, with us a good 700€ for electricity, water and heat together in a week

Marion's house is an absolute feel-good place. Stylishly furnished, well equipped and with a breathtaking view of the water. The location is ideal. Beach and promenade are within minutes walking distance. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen, where there was really nothing missing. A real highlight was the sauna. Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

We had a very nice and nice stay at your cottage. Perfect location for walking and relaxing. There was plenty of room and was perfect for a small group trip.

Lovely cottage with sea views in a holiday complex! Was much nicer than the photos and description suggest. Good amenities for cooking utensils and crockery (all 12 times available), but otherwise you really have to bring everything yourself: from salt, to oil, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. The complex is also great for children: indoor and outdoor playgrounds, bowling, swimming pool. The only problem was the extremely (!!!) high additional costs due to the underfloor heating operated with electricity. For 3 nights in December we should only pay 400€, but then we were able to negotiate a reduction to 200€. We also found this to be very expensive! Therefore only recommended for summer!
