The house has received the building improvement price in 2021 from the municipality of Aabenraa. There are 5 sleeping places: 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The house is newly renovated. The house is on 3 levels, which is why it may not be suitable for very small children or people with walking difficulties. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, living room and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a double bed on the mezzanine (2nd floor).

The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

The natural beach Behrensdorf is 3 km away, the beaches Hohwacht, Sehlendorf or Schönberg approx. 15 minutes by car. The Panker estate with galleries and restaurant is within walking distance.
