Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

We use this cozy and stylish guest apartment for our family & friends. We are happy to offer this apartment to Berlin enthusiasts when not in use. It has a living and dining area, a bedroom with box spring bed & a bathroom. In the living area, the sofa bed also has 2 sleeping places. The apartment is located on the first floor/basement and is 45 square meters.

A private shower room and a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A jump into Lake Schlachtensee is possible on foot.
