The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The felt studio on stilts offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Highlight is a wood-fired extra stove . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
