Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. The felt studio on stilts offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Highlight is a wood-fired extra stove . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.

Techelweg vacation home - near Lake Hafner

My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.
