Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our modern apartment in the resort "Rosenalm" in Scheidegg, can accommodate max. 4 persons (1 double bed/ 1 sofa bed) and was freshly renovated 2023. From the south-facing balcony that invites you to relax and unwind, you have a magnificent view of the alpine panorama. They also have free access to the indoor pool, sauna area, gym and much more. The apartment was completely modernized in 2019. In the hallway there is a bunk bed. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed in no time. The beds are covered with cozy cotton linens. From the living room you have a breathtaking view of the mountains. The bathroom is very modern. The shower is accessible at ground level. A hotel hairdryer is permanently installed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
