Cornelia is very welcoming and kind We received all the needed information a few days before our arrival ; A welcoming gift waited for us in the fridge The house in a very peaceful Land, the flat is wide, with balcony and garden; it is extra clean, well furnished It was just perfect !

We had a really lovely stay in Martina’s apartment. It is in a great location, with many things to do and see in the area. The apartment is nice and cosy, just as it appears in the listing. We would love to come back!

Very nice and clean apartment! The street is very busy and it is therefore a bit noisy on weekends but the location is an absolute dream. Very good restaurants, bars and all the famous sights of the city center are within walking distance. We also didn't lack anything in terms of furnishings. The host was always available and a very friendly host. Gladly come back.

We arrived and were all immediately impressed! We didn't miss anything and our expectations were more than exceeded. Everything is high quality, spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was also a dream and equipped with everything. The bathroom was also extremely luxurious, rounded off with the sauna, to spend a relaxing wellness weekend. The hosts were always easily accessible and provided us with all the necessary information. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Our stay over the Easter holidays in the house was great. We were 8 adults and 3 children who had a lot of space to play and romp. The adjacent forest also offers good opportunity for walks. There was everything we needed and also the equipment of the kitchen was great. I would be happy to come back.

Sebastian is by far the best host I have ever experienced. An incredibly relaxed and likeable guy who gave us an unforgettable weekend with his tips and helpfulness! He was always attentive, communicative, and thoughtful of everything in advance. Everything we needed, he offered us – and more. I can't think of a single point he could have done better. Hats off! Sebastian is the best proof that there are still selfless and helpful people.

Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough. It is extremely spacious, very clean and in a great location for restaurants/groceries etc. The bedrooms are beautiful with lots of room and the Airbnb is light and open plan. The property is equipped with everything you can require, from a highchair and changing mat for a child to nespresso coffee and additional toilet roll! We loved playing the football table in the evenings. We used the properly whilst we were skiing in the SkiWelt area which wasn’t a far drive to the slopes - PERFECT!
