Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Bei der Kernsanierung vor 5 Jahren wurde praktisch alles, bis auf die alte Dachkonstruktion die der Wohnung viel Charme und Wärme verleiht, erneuert. Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

Unsere alte Scheune mit Kuhstall von 1866 wurde zum Wohnhaus mit angrenzendem kleinen Tiny-Haus (ehemals Schafstall und Werkstatt) vor ein paar Jahren komplett neu restauriert sowie saniert. Hier steckt viel Liebe im Detail ! Blick in die Natur und in die Berge. Eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum träumen ein. Hallo liebe Reisende, wir wohnen hier mitten im Wald, der See liegt ein paar Meter vor der Haustür und das im Herzen Bayerns ! Wir wohnen schlicht aber schön und genießen jeden Tag das Gefühl, an einem ganz besonderen Ort leben zu dürfen. Ein Auto/Fahrrad ist hier jedoch von Vorteil, da wir nicht ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz abgebunden sind, nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2km entfernt.

Super schöne Wohnung, sehr geräumig, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, super sauber, schöner kleiner Garten mit Terrasse…es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden!! Sogar ein paar Biere und Snacks hat Doris uns bereit gestellt, bevor sie uns total nett empfangen hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen wenn wir im Raum Rosenheim Urlaub machen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war perfekt: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgezeichnet – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst bei einem kleinen Missverständnis wurde sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. So wünscht man sich das als Gast! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert und definitiv jeden Cent wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!
