The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. Every host should take an example from Markus. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was super clean, pleasant and above all also extensively equipped. No corners were cut! There are so many details in the apartment that you would like to enjoy them longer. The small details impressed us the most. Be it the coffee bar in the living room, which was equipped with a speaker. The speakers were even in the bathroom (a great idea). The balcony was very well equipped and you had plenty of space. So the apartment looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. That's what you should do first! To the host himself: an excellent and courteous person!

We, four friends, used Marcus' place for a little reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The décor is stylish and high quality, with many comfortable seating and reclining options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this place.

A great deal! I highly recommend for solo travellers, why not for a couple as well. Especially if you do not use a car, this place is really convenient. Everything is in walking distance. There remains things I’d like to see surrounding Oberstdorf so I hope to come back again! The only thing I would add is a little reading light or so next to the sofa. :) but just a tiny thing! Also I want to say that host was super friendly, I forgot that I cannot buy sheets on sunday nowhere so she organised them in a late notice. She also asked if I have arrived safely and offered to give tips for acticities. The pamphlets in the accommodation were very heplfull as well when I planned my activities!

We had a great stay. The location was very quiet, so we could sleep very well at night. Marc was very quick to reach with questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the existing air conditioning is a huge plus, especially in summer!

A great place to stay that I can only recommend to everyone. We were three families with toddlers and there was always enough space for everyone. The balconies are ideally located so that you can sit outside at any time of day. The equipment is very high quality and the apartment was super clean. Only when loading and unloading, it is important to note that you are in a pedestrian zone, but this can be well planned, as there is plenty of parking nearby.
