On the ground floor there is a practice for physiotherapy, where various massages and wellness treatments can be booked. The 50 sqm open spaces are located on the attic and consist of kitchen, shower room, living/dining room, hallway and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom have morning sun, the living/dining room has midday sun and the bedroom has evening sun.
