The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

Our cozy apartment is ideal for a trip to Ostholstein. The 2-room apartment is situated in a quiet location in Lensahn. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The Baltic Sea is only about 12 km away. The bedroom has a double bed with a width of 1.40 m. In the living room there is a large lounge sofa with a sleeping function for 2 people. A baby bed/crib can also be provided upon request.
