Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

Cozy 1 room apartment in the rear courtyard with kitchen and bathroom. View of the courtyard garden. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
