had a beautiful weekend at this private cottage! could really see the thought that went into this listing- the hot tub being heated ready, robes being available for guests after the hottub, dog treats/bowls being left. The cottage was decorated lovely, the photos don't do this place justice. Tom was very responsive the whole time and was very accommodating allowing us to check out slightly later due to us getting picked up at 12 and the cottage not being booked that evening. will definitely stay again, hopefully in the summer when we can make better use of the beautifully finished outdoor area.

This is Not Here is a gorgeous house, the space is a lovely size and the decor is beautiful. Simon and Lynne made us very welcome and are very attentive and couldnt help anymore, id recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking at booking again. We had been to celebrate a joined birthday and even had a birthday card each from the host that was a lovely touch. Thankyou so much. Simon and Lynne.

3 Railway Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the amazing beauty of North Yorkshire. The cottage is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of Pickering but is in a really quiet and private location. The only exception of course is the opportunity to wave at the heritage railway trains that pass at the back of the cottage a few times a day which is really amazing, especially if you wave from the comfort of the hot tub! I can’t recommend this location highly enough, it is a really comfortable and well equipped cottage in a fantastic location - what more could you ask for?

Just back from the most relaxing weekend we’ve had for a long time. Gemma’s cottage is beautiful. It’s clean, modern and has everything you could ask for. We visited the pub opposite for meals and everyone was so friendly. We just loved our time there! Gemma is a great host, she is responsive and so kind. When we’ve stopped in other places the rules what you can and can’t do are sometimes quite off putting (I understand it’s your home and you want everyone to respect it though) Gemma is so laid back and this I think makes you respect the space and house more (well id like to think most people are the same as us) so we felt very relaxed. The hot tub is great and amenities. We are definitely coming back for another relaxing weekend. Thank you Gemma xx

A beautiful cottage with fantastic amenities. En suite bathrooms for everyone, well equipped kitchen and we loved the hot tub, sauna and games room. We had a brilliant time. Can’t fault it! Thank you for having us.

Lovely tranquil place and liked the lovely little touches given to make the stay more relaxing. We took children and the hosts were very accommodating for this and they loved the open space to play and especially the hot tub and toasting marshmallows on the bbq. Would definatley recommend, near to the east coast so lots to explore nearby. I would say more suited for couples but a lovely stay all in all. Thank you for your hospitality

The lodge was beautiful and so relaxing, felt incredibly sad going back to normal life after our 2 nights. The hot tub was perfect, and though we came for the coldest weekend of the winter so far, the place was comfortable and cosy. The bathroom is a little walk away and can be spooky in the dark, but the relaxation from the hot tub takes the edge off. Sophie was lovely and incredibly helpful over message and you can tell she takes great pride in the lodge. Would recommend and will be coming back!

This was our first time staying at the cottage. From the moment we arrived Pauline was very welcoming and informative replaces to visit and restaurant, pub. Takeaway recommendations. The cottage was spotless. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 children (11, 15) Beautiful views from the living room windows. Robes were provided which was a nice touch. We paid extra for the hot tub, which was well worth it. The cottage is ideally placed for visits to Flamingloand. Whitby, and Scarborough. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful site with a lovely long walk to the beach. I booked this place because it is right near Bempton cliff, which is absolutely stunning! The holiday home was clean, cosy and a good size. The only downside we experienced was the on site pub, where the food wasn't great. but over all I Highly recommend staying here.

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home and highly recommend it! Spotlessly clean, powerful shower and comfy beds with the most gorgeous views over the fields. The house had everything we needed (plus hand wash, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and sponge, cleaning spray and cloth, tea coffee milk and biscuits, travel cot, night light plug, towels) and the kids enjoyed the books! It was in a nice peaceful location, and we enjoyed the walk down into Runswick Bay. Jamie was a brilliant host- he gave us lots of helpful recommendations, check in was easy, his communication was great and he was happy to help with anything. We definitely hope to return for another visit :)

We loved our stay at Bramble Cottage and will definitely return. Comfy beds and seating and clean modern kitchen. It was really cosy in the evenings with the wood burner. It was such a relief to have a properly secure garden for the dogs.

This is a great house to stay for a get away to York. Just a 15 min walk away from the city walls. The city itself is beautiful and there is so much to see and we really enjoyed being to use the walls as a way in and out the city! The house has everything you need and is super comfy.

We had a great stay here while visiting friends who live in the area. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well equipped compared to other AirBnBs we have stayed in previously. It even had plenty of kids' plates/bowls, which we have never seen before. There were lots of lovely books at the house and our kids loved reading them all. The location is also great - it was incredibly easy to walk into the centre and there are also plenty of shopping options nearby. There was always somewhere to park. The host was great and very helpful. She messaged us a few times with recommendations and to check that we were happy with the house. She always responded quickly to my messages. We all slept well as the street was peaceful - if you are over 6 foot, the main bed may be a little short, but there is also a sofa bed that looked much longer. A lovely place to stay in York and we hope it will be free next time we visit!

This the first time I’ve ever used an Air B&B Me and my wife were really pleased with the accommodation. It was really comfortable and cozy. Everything was there that you could wish for. It was very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Host Jennifer has been very helpful and I would like to thank her for having such lovely accommodation. The sea front was literally 2 minutes away with beautiful views.
