Beach house vacation rentals in Scalea

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Scalea, ist aber trotzdem total ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt in der Nähe einige gute Lokale. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lorenzo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar eine Decke für unseren Hund gebracht, damit sie auf dem Sofa schlafen konnte, was will man mehr ;)) Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können!

We were welcomed by Serafina ( sorry if I forgot your proper name) and she explained everything very well. She did not speak English and we don't speak Italian but we menaged to understand each other. The place was everythingit how it was described on the airbnb website. The beds were vary comfortable. Nice bedrooms. Super clean. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook a meal. Every room has a good air conditioning. The porch is small but just enough to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also the ground level sitting area with the chairs. There is an electric grill which we used once. Good grill. Fast and easy to clean. Highlight of that area is outside shower. We had shower inside in the bathroom only our first night in the airbnb. The place is close to the beach, 5-10 minute walk. 2 bikes were really useful for us for the trips to the grocery store. Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

Ottima sistemazione. Luogo tranquillo, immerso nella natura. Margherita è stata accogliente e premurosa. Un luogo interessante per chi ama mare e montagna.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Siamo dispiaciuti di essere stati qui solo 3 notti, meritava molto più tempo!! Alessandro e sua moglie sono gentilissimi e disponibili. La casa è pulita, curata, c’è tutto quello che occorre e anche di più. Parcheggio privato all’interno del cancello. Alimentari ben servito a breve distanza. Se posso, l’unica pecca è l’assenza di aria condizionata ma la notte non è stato un problema perché comunque è dotata di zanzariere (serie! Non di quelle che mettono in alcuni posti che ti restano in mano appena le tocchi come mi è capitato altrove!!) e lasciando aperte le finestre la casa è rimasta fresca. Nota di merito a parte per il giardino: grande, ordinato e sicuro anche per chi ha i bambini piccoli come noi! Avere uno spazio aperto attrezzato ha dato una marcia in più alla nostra breve vacanza! E infine Maratea e le sue spiagge, che sono state una grande scoperta! Grazie, siamo stati benissimo!!!

Deliziosa villetta in un contesto naturale assolutamente ameno. Tranquilla, riservata e molto funzionale. Accessoriata perfettamente. Istruzioni impeccabili e organizzazione eccellente. Accoglienza calorosa e totale disponibilità a qualunque tipo di richiesta, consiglio e supporto da parte sia di Kræn da remoto che di Cristina in loco. Esperienza consigliatissima e da ripetere

Great place to stay, roomy unit with 2 bedrooms and full baths. Great views of the bay and surrounding mountains, with 2 patios and a garden area in a very peaceful area of scattered homes. The entire area is beautiful and worth discovering and the people very nice. Hosts were very nice and responsive and everything was as described in the listing, certainly a place to return to if in the area again. Only suggestion would be to make sure you have a car and you got it from airport or well known rental company. I thought I'd book a local car for a period once there and the options were terrible, expensive with terrible ratings.
