Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Scalea

Giuseppe was very proactive, kind and helpful. Provided us with useful destinations (beaches, restaurants,..). We felt very welcomed at the place and the overall expirience was a positive one. The parking was sometimes a challenge but we made do. It was a well spent time on a beutiful place. Thank you Giuseppe.

The setting in the alleys of Scalea Vieja is extremely evocative. Free parking is very easy to find. The house is delightful, especially the kitchen and terrace, with a beautiful view. The double bathroom is an extreme convenience. All for a great price. The house is also equipped with all the necessary utensils.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Mario was absolutely perfect in everything. He picked us up in a nearby place to facilitate check-in, recommended the best farmhouses and places to visit, supported and helped us with every type of request and all accompanied by his friendliness and availability. He made our stay absolutely impeccable! The house is nestled in unspoiled nature, very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. There are hammocks to relax in and also an outdoor fireplace. Ideal environment for extreme relaxation. Mario also provided us with various contacts for rafting or various farms in the area and supported us in finding places at the last moment despite the fact that it was full in mid-August. I hope to see Mario again and stay in his home again. If everything was absolutely perfect, it was only thanks to him and his helpfulness.

The view is spectacular. The house is updated and comfortable with the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front. While it is difficult to explain, the place is private, without being uncomfortably so. It is in an unusual location, buy once you understand the layout of the roads, it is quite easy to find. There is a wonderful little town on the sea that has everything. We found ourselves there quite a bit: both for a stroll and for breakfast or dinner. If you want to explore, the roads are windy in this area of Italy, but awesomely breathtaking. The large beach area directly down from the apartment is beyond beautiful. We had no issues with the house or the area. Loved it. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay in Maratea

I've only been in this place for a day, unfortunately. Extremely comfortable, large and spacious accommodation. Equipped with two very comfortable bathrooms. Very useful for parallelizing the classic morning operations. Large and well-stocked rooms. There are more air conditioners than doors😅. Even the kitchen is extremely well-stocked

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

Our tour of Southern Italy included a two-day stop in Maratea. Already on the first evening, it was concluded that two days are not enough to get to know and experience this region. About the home: In our Airbnb experience, this is the first home where we felt at home and especially welcome when we entered and met the host Luisa!!! The house corresponds to the offer and needs, has everything necessary for relaxation and even more, added value - a garden whose fruits we were treated to, a terrace from which we enjoyed wonderful views of the mountains and the statue of Jesus Christ. Landlady Luisa - responsive, warm, helpful! She was always available and gave recommendations for getting to know the area. Sincere thanks to Luisa and her dad for organizing the excursion to Monte San Biagio and for the overnight trip to the beach! Special thanks for the delicious pizza and chestnuts baked by Luisa!

Very comfortable apartment, spacious, well-kept, with everything you need and more. There are many comforts and the possibility of being on the terrace enjoying a fairytale view. Very welcome some basic products to be found upon arrival. Lovely view, and wonderful terrace. Easy and convenient parking lot. It feels peaceful. Todd is very accurate and correct. We had a fabulous 5 nights at Villa Ivonne. The view on the balcony is one of the best in San Nicola Arcella and Paolo and Sandra are truly the best. We arrived in the evening and we were received with cold Prosecco, then Sandra cooked dinner for us based on our preferences. We weren't expecting such welcoming and nice hosts. The few months of Duolingo were worth it, we were able to hold some basic conversation in Italian. The apartment is clean and we were lucky because the air conditioning was just installed the days before. There are lots of dishes and plates available of really nice quality and there are interesting objects and photos on display. The Internet works well. The 5 nights went by too fast. We would like to come again and see the sea throughout the seasons. I recommend exploring the coast on both sides of San Nicola. We were lucky to see octopi, one nudibranch, sea centipedes, sea stars and gorgonians while freediving. Of course, the Arcomagno is superb too.

We fell in love with the "Sambuco" even before Aieta. So thanks to Patrizia we discovered a beautiful place! The room is fabulous, refined decor and cared for in every detail. Cool, bright, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view. Mrs. Patrizia is attentive, helpful and smiling. Great location. Aieta is all beautiful but the room is definitely in one of the most beautiful corners. We definitely recommend and are sure that the other apartments are equally beautiful as well. The exterior is also very nice ! Thank you !

Thank you for a great stay. The place was very lovingly furnished, clean and spacious. The photos and descriptions correspond to reality. The location was very quiet and within walking distance. Communication with Antonio was also very good and he gave us tips for activities in Sapri. We absolutely recommend Antonio's place.

Nicola's accommodation has superb views of Maratea Bay and is very large for a family. The outdoor terraces are very pleasant at different times of the day. Nicola was generous in offering us something to make a first meal, and medicine while I was suffering from my knee.

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

Elena, Vincenzo‘s mum, welcomed us. She was very caring. We had some problems finding the apartment, but she was online all the time to navigate us. The apartment is lovely, very spacious and with a huge patio. From the apartment it’s a nice walk (approx. 30 min) up to the hictoric center of Maratea with nice restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend the place. Thank you, Elena, we had a great time!

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

We felt very comfortable with Rosalba. Hassle-free, flexible, fast. It was very quiet, which was certainly also because the neighboring apartments were largely uninhabited.
