The place is within 15min drive to Saturnia hot spring. I recommend renting towels from Francesca if you do not have your own towels. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. There is a great pasta restaurant within walking distance (less than 10min of leasurely walking). Francesca is a great host. She is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Francesca's place was everything we wanted and more. We needed a break from the hustle and bustle Florence and before driving to Rome. We wanted to spend some time in the rural Tuscany wine country and this was it. We were able to wake up to views of a beautiful landscape and settle down in the evenings with the same views. Having a vehicle helped greatly in getting to the place as well as shopping in the nearby towns, all of them were mountain top villages offering beautiful vistas as well. We were also very close to the Saturna Hot Springs and Francesca was very helpful with supplying towels for the outing. Suggest getting settled in with a bottle of wine, meats and some cheese and take in the views from the private balcony. Francesca is very innovative and very willing to help answer questions and provide electric bike rentals and tour guides. There are lots of hiking trails not far from the place if you enjoy doing those activities. We look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed the peace and privacy in this beautiful place. There is a beautiful, large (fenced) garden with outdoor furniture. The owners are warm and waited for us at the beginning for a short tour. The departure was done via a key safe. Very nice that there was a bottle of wine and cantuccini waiting for us! In addition, there was the convenience of being allowed to use food items from the kitchen cabinets. The owners are very cooperative, helpful and quick in communication. The house and linens were sparkling clean. It's also nice that there are bottles with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in the bathroom. The only small point could be that it seems a bit cramped for 6 people (see listing). But we have a proverb in the Netherlands: "There are a lot of makke sheep going into a small loft" :)
