Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

This was beyond my expectations. Looked better than the photos. Felt like at peace when I arrived at this place. The green surroundings were just too beautiful. Master bedroom has an amazing view of the olive trees outside. You also get a slight view of the sea. Worth visiting this place and way worth the money.

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. L'agriturismo si trova abbastanza vicino a luoghi d'interesse e allo stesso tempo ben isolato perché sopra una collina... ideale! La struttura è ampia e ben organizzata in due blocchi e questo assicura calma e privacy. L'appartamento molto grazioso, rustico e accogliente.

Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

Siamo una famiglia con figlio di 5 anni. La,casa era adatta a noi. Sopratutto con tutto per cucinare. Ottimo avere una lavastoviglie. I condizionatori garantivano una tenperatura sempre gradevole. L'host ci ha supportato prontamente con tutto: cambio lenzuola infrasettimanale causa pipì scappata, uso lavatrice condominiale, fornitura mappe del luogo. Sempre con il sorriso. I parcheggi sono ampii e riparati dal sole. La spiaggia va raggiunta in auto seppure in linea d'aria vicina perché occorre attraversare l'aurelia. Consiglio giro a Follonica sia serale sia di giorno per visitare le belle calette del golfo.

Schönes großes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und großem Grundstück. Über Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten. Vermieterin ist sehr rührig und hat sich bei kleineren Problemchen schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert. Die Lage ist super, wenn man einen guten Kompromiss zwischen ruhiger Lage aber dennoch nicht weit ab vom Schuss sucht. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ein paar kleinere Geschäfte sowie Restaurants sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Wenn man in San Vincenzo etwas mehr erleben möchte, ist man allerdings auf das Auto angewiesen. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der Strandabschnitt zählt nicht unbedingt zu den schönsten am Mittelmeer. Der Einstieg ins Wasser ist teilweise etwas felsig und unangenehm. Zudem ist der Hundestrand in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, d.h. man trifft auf viele Gäste mit Hunden; muss man mögen. Aber insgesamt war es ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Es war sehr toll bei Giovanni. Er hat mit einer Karte alles über die Möglichkeiten angezeigt, die es in der Umgebung gibt. Der Pool ist herrlich, man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen und natürlich schwimmen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, wir konnten dort super mit unserem 15 Monate altem Kind spielen. Außerdem hat Giovanni viele tolle Sachen für den Kleinen gebracht (Spielturm, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen etc .) Auch Monika war super lieb und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Die Unterkunft war für unsere 4-köpfige Familie sehr passend, der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und insgesamt war es eine sehr entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre, wor haben uns wohl gefühlt!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Vielen Dank für die angenehme Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im lebendigen Dörfchen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Dass wir mit ÖV anreisen konnten hat uns gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gisella und ihre Familie sind fantastische Gastgeber und sehr herzliche Menschen! Die Wohnung und das Haus sind wunderschön gelegen. Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und genossen die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir kochten meistens in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, in Rio Marina gibt es aber auch sehr gute Restaurants. Check-in und Check-out hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, es ist wirklich ein Traum!

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

In Wirklichkeit ist Markos Haus noch schöner, als es die Bilder zeigen können! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wirkt leicht und frisch und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause! Der große Balkon bietet einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick auf das azurblaue Meer, der uns jeden Morgen von neuem erfreute. Der sehr gepflegte Pool hat eine angenehme Größe (ca 16x8 m, bis 2.5 m tief an einer Seite) und wir nutzten ihn täglich. Bequeme Liegen mit kleinem Sonnenschild stehen in ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung. Wir liebten die überdachte Terrasse für die Mahlzeiten. Die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, wie auch das ganze Haus!! Von Capoliveri kommend liegt das Haus in einer Linkskurve rechts oben am Berg. (Hinweisschild zur Nummer 6 beachten!) Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ein Auto ist hilfreich, um die vielen schönen Strände zu besuchen und die Insel zu erkunden. Marko ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber! Klare Empfehlung!!

Soggiornare nella villa con i nostri amici è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante. Ci siamo goduti il verde, la piscina, il barbecue, ma soprattutto il panorama incredibile che attorniava la villa. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Kety war sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, ideal für einen flexiblen Urlaub in der Toskana. Der einzige Punkt für unsere Gruppe war die Größe der Unterkunft. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen dann aber eher nicht. Sonst war alles bestens.

Le logement est très agréable, authentique, situé dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme avec vue sur les collines toscanes. Monica est accueillante et chaleureuse. Instructions précises pour l'accès à la maison. Nous recommandons !

L'alloggio è in una posizione eccellente con una vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è spazioso e completamente attrezzato, con un esterno ben curato e ben attrezzato. Il parcheggio è comodo. La zona mare è facilmente raggiungibile e molto bella, e la piscina di sale è fantastica. Settembre è un mese poco affollato, quindi è più facile usufruire degli spazi comuni. Il bar, forse per il periodo, è poco fornito (niente aperitivi analcolici, niente servizio), ma la posizione e la tranquillità ripagano. Giocoforza, la vicinanza di Porto Azzurro, dove si mangia bene 🍝 e si possono fare belle passeggiate 🚶‍♂️ in un centro molto vivo. La portineria aggiunge sicurezza 👮‍♂️ e rende il soggiorno sereno.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Il nostro soggiorno ha superato le aspettative! Ambiente disteso, panorama splendido, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Il centro città, raggiungibile in auto, è a pochi minuti di distanza e molto vivace. Torneremo senz'altro!
