There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Emanuala was there to meet us and let us enter the appartment. Great contact via whats app all the time. The appartment is pretty nice, clean and has everything we need. The garden/terasse is great to have the meals outside and give some rooms for the kids to play. Especially we liked the outdoor shower which is great after coming from the beach. San vincento close by car/bike or 30min walk is a nice little beach city with a lot of restaurants, gelato and harbour. The close by beach, restaurants and nice cities to visit is al we needed to made our stay really lovely. Thanks Emanuela, high chance we will come back again;)

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Great location. Short walk from shops and the sea. Only stayed 1 night but would loved to have stayed for longer if we could.

the apartment is located above in the bay of Nisportino - in a good 5 minutes you are on the water. It's very quiet there and the very spacious terrace is absolutely not visible from the outside. The amenities are really good and even dish soap and sponge were provided. We felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Marzia and Umberto.

Strategic location within walking distance of downtown Porto Azzurro and, consequently, very close to all services. Spacious, bright, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by quiet and greenery. All this made the time in the apartment as pleasant as the time spent around the island! Alessio turned out to be an owner who was always available, smiling, kind and never intrusive. All his advice was valuable and spot-on for two people like us who had never visited the island. To conclude, therefore, our experience in Alessio's apartment and on the island of Elba was unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

The accommodation was very cozy and clean. The host was always available and very friendly. The village is currently perfect for people who do not want to go to tourist hotspots and are looking for something quieter. It was also great that there were no mosquitoes!

Very pleasant stay, the house is very nice and functional, the table outside is fantastic. The location is not very convenient, since it is necessary to use a car (to get to Marciana Marina it is 30 minutes away on foot), but it is very quiet, sheltered and above all fresh. The house is as pictured and we found samples of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and sponge. Recommended!

Very clean and well-furnished apartment. Great location to reach the sea and the village. I stayed with my family (2 very young children) and we had a great time! Once you arrive, you can easily walk around anything. Veronica is always available and very attentive. Highly recommended!

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

This was a gorgeous place and we had a magical stay. Location: overlooking the sea and beach. Felt very private. Apartment: big balcony that wraps around and catches the sun in different places through the day. Interior is rustic (in a nice way) with everything needed. Marianna is a very nice and attentive host. We had trouble finding the apartment when we arrived and she was immediately available and picked us up in Capoliveri. The apartment is very quiet with great views and it is only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. However, the apartment is a row end house (which we were not aware of when booking), which means that other guests also use the garden and you have no privacy in the outdoor seating area. However, we definitely had a great holiday week.

Ours was the first time on the island of Elba... the location of the house is strategic, you can get around on foot and by bike (which are made available to guests), but located in a quiet area. Very kind and helpful ...in short, a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

The place is functional and very clean, the location is really wonderful.

I stayed for a weekend with my boyfriend in one of the rooms of the property. It is a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of greenery, quiet and cozy, with a magical atmosphere. It is very close to the sea and many Etruscan sites to visit. The welcome was impeccable and breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property are really recommended. The cooks were very kind and prepared gluten-free dishes upon request. In addition, each meal has been offered a great variety of typical Tuscan dishes with buffet modes. In general, beautiful location and farm absolutely recommended!

We loved our stay so much! Christine was a great host and helped us a lot. She made a reservation for a restaurant and told us some really nice places to enjoy. The whole area around our house was beautiful especially the pool. There also was a lot of trees and plants around. We really recommend Viletta Serendipity.

Massimiliano's place is an apartment with spacious, bright and well ventilated environments since it has large windows on three sides of the house. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has been perfectly delivered in order and very clean. You can always park in front of the house or about 100 meters away in a shaded parking lot. Venturina's major supermarkets and shops are all within 1.5 km. The beautiful beaches of Rimigliano and Baratti can be reached comfortably by car in a few minutes, being 7 and 9 km respectively.

Fantastic apartment with air conditioning facing the sea and the free beach. Everything new and very clean. Fantastic Jacuzzi! Total comfort for us with a little girl and a dachshund and without a car. Two supermarkets nearby and many nice places to eat or for a simple coffee. San Vincenzo is small but pretty and easily reachable by public transport. Special thanks to Mr. Stefano and his wife for the kindness and attention they gave us and to Christian for the ride and care. We hope to be back very soon! Thanks again, we recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable vacation!

Excellent place!!! Location is perfect just right on the beach. Nice pool and the area is surrounded of many many stores and restaurants. Fully recommended for families and friends.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

Surrounded by greenery and beautiful scenery, Isabella's house is a beautiful slice of heaven in which to relax. Small apartment but equipped with all the comforts plus some "pampering." The outdoor space, pool and garden are a surplus that is not to be taken for granted. The hosts are kind and helpful in everything. Excellent cleanliness, order and suggestions on nearby places. Of course, if we return to the area, we will definitely try to return!
