Realmente impresionante este Airbnb! Todo está perfectamente diseñado, el baño es irreal, desde la ducha hasta el lavamanos 🤯 la cocina y la cama. Una estadía realmente perfecta 🤩

Es la primera vez con mi familia que pedimos un Airbnb, estoy encantada de que encontraramos el alojamiento de Rossy, es súper cómodo, tranquilo y muy bonito. En general, Rossy fue una estupenda anfitriona ✨ super amable, responsable y respetuosa, siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi y mi familia, incluso como era nuestra primera vez en cuenca, nos recomendo restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Nos recibio muy gentilmente y con chocolates, de verdad que súper recomendado, si en un futuro tengo la oportunidad de volver a cuenca, sin duda escogería el alojamiento de Rossy otra vez. ♥️

Hospedarnos en esta casa fue una experiencia maravillosa. Muy acogedora, bonita y decorada con mucho gusto. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y cuidado. Cuenta con todo tipo de facilidades, como cocina equipada, refrigeradora, microondas, lavadora, secadora, tv, calefactor y además una hermosa vista al río Tomebamba que estaba a pocos metros. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y recomendaríamos a otros viajeros.

El departamento es muy bonito, cómodo y seguro, la dueña es muy amable nos ayudó en cualquier duda que teníamos sobre el departamento, ademas está ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo, hay tiendas , farmacias y restaurantes cerca, nos la pasamos muy bien en familia, este departamento 100% recomendado 👍🏻.

Edwin has set the gold standard for AirBNB's description and hospitality so much so that I had expected the same amenities and response with another rental and found out all Airbnb's aren't created equal. Edwin's apartment provided everything needed except for food for someone to spend 1 day or an entire year. Conveniently located and on a gated cul-de-sac and has a private entrance. Edwin provided explicit instructions from the airport to the gate and how to enter. Edwin met us at the gate and let us into the apartment even though we arrived at 7 a.m. He took the time to sit down with us and explain the house rules (this was our 1st time at an Airbnb, so we appreciated him taking the time). He also provided a binder with the same info and included a list of his local favorite places to eat. The apartment came with extra towels and sheets, Ecuadorian coffee and tea. Everything was within walking distance, and taxis are available on the corner, if needed. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is impressive as soon as you walk through the door. It is bright, open,spacious and very modern. The view of the river is most special. The kitchen is very well equipped with many extras. We enjoyed our stay for 2 months in comfort and felt quite at home. We enjoyed the security and friendly staff. The location is perfect for walking or the tram. All your shopping needs are close. All in all an incredible Stay!!!

This is a wonderful long term stay apartment in a very quiet, safe and secure neighborhood. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a SuperMaxi just a few blocks away. It is conveniently located near two major cross streets and getting around Cuenca is easy from here. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay with very comfortable linens and beds. There is ample hot water and a well stocked kitchen. The terrace is a great place to have morning coffee or visit with friends. The washer and dryer set up is a real plus. Most importantly, Luis and Ana are great people who do whatever they need to make your stay enjoyable. The neighbors were all kind and pleasant. We would recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Salvador was a very responsive, helpful host. His place was even better than in the pictures. It was very clean and had a great view. The large windows created a very open space. A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We could walk everywhere and taxis were abundant.

Lugar perfecto para quedarse en Cuenca y don Patricio es una persona muy amable y atenta, desde el inicio estuvo pendiente de que llegáramos bien y ayudarnos a instalar, aparte de eso la zona es excelente ya que está cerca de absolutamente todo, fuí con mi esposo y mis padres y todos quedaron encantados, definitivamente volveremos a ir a Cuenca y obvio a la comodidad y hospitalidad del Airbnb de don Patricio...

Excelente hospedaje, super amplio, cómodo, limpio y seguro. Don Marco súper amigable, presto a brindar ayuda, respondió rápido mis dudas, y nos ayudó incluso con el horario, ayudando a qué sea más flexible nuestra llegada, sin duda volveremos.

Increíble experiencia. La host siempre estuvo presente para resolver cualquier inquietud, problema o solicitud que teníamos. El departamento muy acogedor y bonito. En una zona cerca del centro ideal para pasear por las bonitas calles de Cuenca.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.

Mi estadía en la casa de Airbnb fue muy agradable. La vivienda estaba limpia, bien equipada y ubicada en una zona tranquila. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad. La cama era cómoda, el baño estaba impecable, y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas. Además, la conexión a internet funcionó perfectamente durante toda mi estancia. Sin duda, fue una experiencia positiva y volvería a hospedarme allí en el futuro.

I had an amazing stay at Mauricio’s place in Cuenca. It’s in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center so it’s close enough to everything but still nice and quiet. Mauricio was an incredible host. He was super attentive and always quick to help out if I needed anything. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the hot tub was a huge highlight. The views from there were stunning. It was a great way to relax. I work online, and during the country wide power cuts Mauricio made sure I had a UPS generator so I didn’t miss or drop any video calls with my clients. Honestly, everything about this place was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t wait to come back.
