Dit nieuwe appartement ligt op een toplokatie in Savines-le-Lac. Er is een prachtig vrij uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Het appartement ligt vlakbij het Lac de Serre-Ponçon. In het meer kan gezwommen worden en er kunnen vele watersporten worden beoefend. Daarnaast zijn er in de omgeving prachtige wandelroutes, leuke plaatsen en zijn er bezienswaardigheden. De wintersportplaatsen Reallon en Les Orres liggen op korte afstand. De plek en de omgeving geven een heerlijk vakantiegevoel!

The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Un véritable havre de paix avec une magnifique terrasse en bois donnant sur un jardin privatif de 250m2 sans vis-à-vis. Petit coin de paradis idéalement situé dans un quartier résidentiel mais à 2 pas des commodités de Savines-le-Lac. Un accès privé au lac se trouve à quelques mètres de l'hébergement.
