This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. The ski resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

The market, in the summer season, takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays (in the morning). Embrun is 10 minutes away.

Hi , We are renting our 5 bedroom vacation home, completely renovated with its exceptional natural setting with its lake and mountain view on the waterfront, its private access to the lake and its 3700 m2 wooded plot. We have done our best not to alter this beautiful wooded plot so that guests can enjoy the tranquility of the place and the lake while remaining close to the center of Savines-le-Lac and its various tourist activities.

Come visit the Hautes-Alpes, what could be better than a small apartment with a sleeping area (and sofa bed), close to everything you want. Water park 5 minutes' walk, free shuttle stop at the foot of the building, ski resort 20 minutes, Supermarket 2 minutes' drive... A parking space is reserved for you.
