Niché à 1250m, dans une ferme du XVIIIème entièrement rénovée avec de belles prestations (sauna et bain nordique privatifs). Le gîte "Les Dourioux" est un havre de paix, spacieux et convivial. A 10mn de la Draye (ski de fond, raquettes, chiens traineau), 35mn des stations: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Randonnées été et hiver dès la maison. Un lieu à la fois en pleine nature mais proche des commodités de la ville d'Embrun et du lac de Serre-ponçon (10mn), pour y découvrir les activités nautiques.

Avec son jardin de 200 m² vous pourrez aussi profiter du soleil sans bouger :) Commune centrale permettant de rayonner facilement, nous serons heureux de partager avec vous les merveilles de notre territoire :) Les animaux sont bienvenus !

Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
