In winter, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace.

Upstairs with 3 bedrooms & bathrooms. Balcony and small lawn. Nearest bus stop (bus 17) about 5 min walking distance. From there about a 20-minute journey into Gothenburg Central. Parking space belonging to the house is available, car to the city takes about 15 minutes. Note - sheets/towels are not included in this home.

Our house i situated in a nice and calm area. The house have a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and a big living room. A spa with sauna, one bathroom o with bathtub and toilet. One toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace and a balcony. 5 min walk to the tram from the house. It is 5 min with tram to Liseberg and 10 min to center. There is a pathway through the woods that takes you to Delsjön in 20 min. 5 min from the house you find a small grocery store and restaurants.

Quiet and familiar townhouse neighborhood. 10 min with tram to central station and 17 min to Liseberg. The stop is a stone's throw from the house. In 5 minutes walk you are at Kviberg sports resort. However, the proximity to the tram brings squeaky, part of the Gothenburg charm ;) 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Sun from morning to night. Patio on both the front and back. Access to the grill. If more beds are desired, your own mattresses can be included.

Townhouse in a quiet, child-friendly area. Right outside the front door is a park with a playground. If you go out the back, you end up in a lush garden with an attached balcony. In 10 minutes on foot, you can get to cozy Eriksberg with its restaurants and beach promenade. Good connections with public transport are nearby. From Eriksberg, you can take a boat or bus to the city center in about 15 minutes. Free parking outside the house is included for one car!

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with ample room for lovely barbecue nights. On the patio find a Weber gas grill. On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for no-person check-in if desired!

Willy's grocery store is next door and the area has good bus connections, playgrounds and proximity to the sea. Bathing places such as Tumlehed, Lilleby and Sillvik are nearby. The Volvo factory is very close, which makes this accommodation perfect for those who work there for a period of time.

Påvelunds Centrum ligger ca 50 meter från huset, med mataffär, pizzeria och andra bekvämligheter. Kollektivtrafiken tar dig snabbt till Frölunda Torg eller centrala Göteborg på ca 10-15 minuter.

Get into the city center of Gothenburg 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". Bus 50 Brunnsgatan will take you to city center in 15 min. 2. 5 min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". Take bus 90 Frölunda Torg (8 min). From here you have access by tram or bus to city center (20min). Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.
