Quiet townhouse area that is close to the city and nature area. Good connections - bus that takes you directly into Gothenburg city center in about 20 minutes. Close to grocery store, about 3 minutes by car. Child-friendly area with playground and green areas. For those who like swimming and sport climbing, it is close to both a lake (Bergsjön) and to mountains (Utbybergen) to climb. Balcony and own small plot for pleasant relaxation in the summer. In winter, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace.

If you want to take a walk to Kviberg and Serneke Arena, it only takes 10 minutes. Allum is a shopping center located in Partille. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy both morning and evening sun. Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.

On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for no-person check-in if desired!
