The bus will take you to the center of town in about 10 minutes. Bus stop 3 minutes from the residence. A short walk away is also the tram. Tram 1 to the central station and tram 5 takes you to Liseberg without change. Access to garden with barbecue grill.

Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Nice apartment with private entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with a nice view of the valley down to Sävedalen. Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

Relax in this peaceful accommodation with proximity to both Gothenburg city center and wonderful nature outside the door. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sleeping space for 2 more people. Kitchen and living room adjacent to each other, a bathroom, workspace and a nice and peaceful roof terrace. Start the day with a cup of coffee on the terrace and then take yourself down to the swimming area at Härlanda pond, which is only a short walk away. Or head downtown with a bus ride of about 15 minutes.

Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space.
