Monthly Rentals in Sävenäs

We stayed for almost 2 months in this apartment. The host was easy to communicate with. The check-in &check-out were smooth. The apartment is in a great location only 10 min away from the center. The Svart bus from Backvägen station (which is infant of the building) goes directly to the central station every 15 min. with 3 stops only, it takes around 10 min. The apartment was clean and it had all the amenities. 5 min walking distance from the apartment (towards Partille centrum) there is a great outdoor gym and an ICA supermarket.

Truly could not imagine a better place to stay for our month in Gothenburg. Kerstin’s place was cozy and thoughtfully finished with all that we could have needed- bathroom and kitchen essentials, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, she even went above and beyond and had a cleaner come halfway through our stay. The location was charming with access to trails and a lake out the back door while still being close to groceries and public transportation to access all the city has to offer. Kerstin was an exceptional host! We couldn’t recommend more 💗

The apartment does not have a single but, it is not missing any details. The owners communicate with you quickly in case you need it, even prior to our arrival they were very proactive to assist us in what we needed. It is located in a very quiet area and close to public transport that takes you to the center in just over 15min. It is worth to enjoy the apartment, the garden is very well cared for and a table and chairs are available to enjoy the sunny days. The kitchen is spacious and both the bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. The bathroom is correct and very clean. In short, I recommend parking and take the opportunity to congratulate the hosts.

We were 5 adults (3 generations) - Elin's house was a wonderful fit for it, we felt very welcome and immediately at home. The location was great as my nephew lives very close by, but also the connection to downtown is very good. Communication with Elin was straightforward.
