Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...

Domaine de la Laye – La Laupie

This pretty property is located in the old village of La Laupie, a dream for lovers of old stones and places full of history. A quiet house, facing outdoors with tennis court, large pool (12x5) and several landscaped and shaded spaces in the garden. The house includes a vaulted living room, dining room, kitchen all open to the outdoor terrace. Upstairs, many spacious bedrooms with new bedding.

On a beautiful wooded plot of 1600 m2, come and discover the charm of this small wooden house (Tiny House). In this unusual accommodation, everything is well arranged to allow you an pleasant and refreshing stay. The all-wood construction gives a warm and charming atmosphere. For safety reasons, due to unsecured mezzanines, I am unable to accept reservations with children under 7 years old.
