The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

We offer our guests a former café-theater that comes to life in a baroque and intimate setting, red armchairs, antique chandeliers... A bay window opens onto 500 m² of wooded and flowery garden. House Rules: The LOFT is not suitable for hosting more than 2 people. The following are strictly prohibited: parties, birthdays and family meals... No smoking, no burning candles and incense. Do not use the piano and pool table. Not suitable for children under 12 years old

la Coustiero

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

Authentic house in the heart of a medieval Provencal village A very pretty stone village house with terraces, swimming pool and spectacular views, located at the top of the medieval Provencal village of Crestet. The house overlooks the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

Le Gîte Sous les Pins in Drôme Provençale

Welcome to Gîte Sous les Pins, in Drôme Provençale, between countryside and forest. This 70 m2 cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc... You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms with views of the wooded park are equipped with storage and wardrobe, a 2-person sofa bed can be used as an extra bed. Private terrace of 50 m2 with jacuzzi (2 nights minimum)

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The house has received the Heritage Foundation Label, recognizing the quality of the renovation.
