We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

We came as a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and had a great time at the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The outside is as nice as the inside. The house is spotless and the services offered match reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We came for a family weekend, just like at home! And everything lived up to our expectations, the whole accommodation is perfectly thought out and equipped. Our host is in addition to this very accommodating and responsive to our messages We were able to check in early and check out late: pure happiness! I recommend 100%!

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Accommodation is as described, the heated pool is a real plus. Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, great pool. The amenities are also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility to park several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Only small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

We had a great time at this very comfortable and functional accommodation. Everything was planned to make our lives easier, and the place is pleasant to live in. Thanks to Alexi for his availability and kindness. I would highly recommend this place!

Julie is always very responsive and gives all the useful info. The barbecue area and the terrace with large dining table are very nice. Quiet area and easy to park. The sea is 10 minutes away, either Valras-Plage or Sérignan plage. We'll be back

We were 3 couples of friends, we stopped by in a hurry (1 night) but Emilie was very responsive and friendly through the messages. Regarding the accommodation, there is nothing to say, the photos are in line with reality and it was very clean. If we were to go back to the area, we would rent this place again without so much as a second thought.

Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrub, it is very nicely decorated and enjoys an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the heat of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon.

We stayed a weekend at Gaëtan and Joseph's who are very available and attentive hosts. We were able to explore Béziers and beautiful places, whether cultural or gastronomic, thanks to their good advice. The apartment is really very clean and functional. Everything is within walking distance from the accommodation! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We will definitely stay at their place again if we have to come back to Béziers! Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their pets :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby didn't bother us.

The accommodation is true to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought
