Whether you're with family, friends or on a solo getaway, this cozy home offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Capacity of 4 people and a baby. A ground floor reading corner, relaxing children's games and foosball. On the 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV. On the 2nd floor, there is a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

The studio is quiet in the pleasant village of Sauvian, between Valras and Béziers. Shops, markets and restaurants are 800 meters away on foot. In the summer, various festivities and concerts. There are two beaches, Valras and Sérignan, 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes away by bike on the bike path. Béziers, Narbonne are pretty towns to visit as well as the Canal du Midi, bike rides and hikes nearby. We can accommodate a couple without children or with a baby up to 3 years old.
