Townhome vacation rentals in Sautee Nacoochee

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay with my mother and family. Plenty of space and had everything we needed and then some! Would absolutely stay again and recommend. We walked with our 4 year old to town and back and really enjoyed the town of Helen. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself is not luxury, but has the essentials and is exactly how it is described. The first 2 nights we stayed it was only 3 of us, but is was 5 of us on our last night until we continued our next leg of the trip. I will say we felt a little cramped as the living room is small, but the sleeping space is fine. So if you are a larger party, keep this in mind. Also, there is only one bathroom and it is downstairs...so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to trek downstairs and potentially disturb anyone sleeping in the sofabed. One Having said that, the natural surroundings make up for the lack of indoor space. There is also a grill for each unit (the cabin is 3 attached units), and a few sitting areas with a fire place through out. It is very peaceful and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

We had alot of fun here also brought our dog. It is a great location right in the middle of beautiful mountains. great getaway to feel off the grid from all the crazyniess. Not to mention the amazing hiking trails very nearby! loved this area and cabin!

This townhouse cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the Mountain View’s, local hiking, and amenities available through Curtis. Thank you again looking forward to visiting again.

I can’t say enough wonderful comments about the Sapphire Jewel. The condo is quiet, well appointed, with beautiful, comfortable furniture and everything you need. It was a perfect home away from home for us for our almost 3 week stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, WiFi is fast, and the community is very friendly. When you sit out in the screened in porch, it feels like you are floating in the trees. Our family was able to work, relax and use the condo as a peaceful home base. The amenities were great, we loved taking advantage of the gym and fishing daily in the private lake. Elizabeth is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. If you want to explore this beautiful area, you will be very happy if you choose to stay at the Sapphire Jewel.

This was a great house. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. It was awesome how every bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony/patio. The next door neighbor is a permanent resident, and he was very nice. I loved how the location was extremely close to town, yet felt secluded from it.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and met all of our expectations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. The location is perfect for anyone planning to go tubing, skiing, or snowboarding—super convenient! Pamela was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions, which made us feel so well taken care of. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Sapphire Valley. We really enjoyed staying at Jay's townhouse in Sapphire Valley. It was such a comfortable, homey place to come back to each evening after a day of hiking. The townhouse is in a cozy, quiet location in close proximity to many of the waterfalls we wanted to see. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for preparing supper meals in the evening. The upper and lower balconies had a view of the gentle river, which was lovely. There are stairs getting to the townhouse and inside the townhouse if stairs are a challenge. Jay did a fabulous job of communicating and sharing suggestions of places to visit during our stay. If the opportunity presents itself for us to return to Sapphire Valley, we would love to stay in Jay's townhouse again! Thank you, Jay, for helping make our stay a wonderful experience.

My wife and I had a weekend get away. This Townhome was perfect. It fit exactly what we needed and the host was great. Will visit again.

Was a beautiful place to stay in!

We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it! It was easy to access, which is not always the case in the mountains, and it is a beautiful, spacious home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of the golf course is gorgeous, and we loved walking around Trillium. The patio is so peaceful! Loved having dinner out there. Of course Cashiers itself is wonderful, and we found it very easy to go to and from our Airbnb. Derek is so friendly and responsive and was a great host. Thank you so much, Derek!

Pictures do not do this place justice! It was perfect for our family. We wish we would have booked another day or two. It was such a peaceful area. The kids loved going in the creek and my son even tried fly fishing. We loved the games that were provided and played a nightly game while we were there. There was plenty of room and everyone had their own space. Would and will definitely book again!
