Fin 2022 nous nous lancions le pari fou de rénover entièrement une maison des années 60, afin d'en faire un lieu convivial où règne le calme et le bien-être. La maison est divisée en 3 espaces. Nous vivons à l'étage, l’appartement est au rez de chaussée accolé au studio de yoga. Vous croiserez sûrement notre petit Loki petit chien très sociable.

The apartment we offer is located in the heart of the village in an old building, refurbished, it has all the comforts you need. Close to the Church and located in the center, you will enjoy the various shops, Bar Restaurant, tobacco, Intermarche a 10-minute walk away, parking 200 meters from the apartment. Fabrègues is located 15 minutes from Frontignan Plage and Palavas les Flots, 10 km from Montpellier and 15 km from Sète, 5 km from Saint Jean de Védas from where you can take the tram.

A nice view of the Gardiole and its sunrises from its bed. A garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture under a beautiful almond tree and a picnic table for a soothing atmosphere. In a small condominium of 3 lots, cozy 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your shower room/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No stove/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site. Montpellier is a 5-minute drive, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to access the front porch of the accommodation.

Charming cellar / 18th century

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.

Welcome to our studio located in Pignan, a small friendly village 10 minutes from Montpellier, 30 seconds from the Garrigue and 15 minutes from the sea. The studio is new (26 m2), ideal for two people, children are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet. Outside, you will find a small patio ideal for breakfast as well as access to the natural pool with shared access with the owners.
