This is a superb place to stay. The host is very responsive and is always there to help. The only difficulty I found is the location is at a very high slope due to which you may face difficulty to take your vehicle (if you are not familiar driving in hilly areas ). I request the host to accurately describe this in the listing though he had sent some videos which I couldn't see while driving to this place. If you are with your aged family members try to skip this place as climbing to this place will be little bit difficult to elderly persons. I would like to thank the host for his great hospitality and help whenever is required.

We had a truly wondf'l experience at this property during our week long stay there! Villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities. Kitchen had more utensils than our family of 3 needed. The peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The service (by caretakers Mr Gopal and his wife Ms Guddi) was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Host Ria was very professional and responsive, just a text away should we need any help, and hats off to her and team to have maintained this property so well. This is also situated close to places like Bhimtal (5km), Naukuchiatal (10km), Kaichi (14km)even Mukteshwar is around 40km and doable as a day trip. In fact we did both Kaichi and Mukteshwar on the same day. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and all of us specially our 5 YO enjoyed a lot. Wud highly recommend this to anyone lookin 4 a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be returning in future.

Hobbit home is more beautiful than it looks in the piks. When I entered the place the first thought in my mind was “ wish i could own a property like this”. The location is awesome. You get full view of bhimtal from the balcony. The interiors were top notch, everything inside the property was top class. I will definitely visit again. Special mention to anchal, robin and sanjay who made sure our stay was smooth. Kudos to the team.
