The host is friendly and always responds quickly.The accommodation is as described, and personally, it was much better than the somewhat complex and noisy central part of Fatih. If you want, take a 10 baht Songtaew to Sathien Beach or Terminal 21.Walking Street. You can go anywhere, and there are 7-Eleven and Top Daily in front of the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience at all. Spacious and clean pool and gym.It has a sauna and there are quite a few restaurants nearby.It's a great value for the money and a great place to stay.

great place if you dont need to be close to the beach any way a 5 min with a cab or a scooter and you are there , rooms where clean , the pool and the sauna are also nice , you have everything the you need really close , i could only recommend it. thanks for a great place to stay.

I visited for the 3rd time. There are many good hotels in Pattaya, but it is difficult to choose anywhere else due to the kindness of Supinda and the comfortable accommodation and good location ~ It is the best accommodation and I will stay at Supinda's condo again next time 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Beautiful location

In comparison to the other five units I have stayed in over the past two years, Mrs. Supin’s condo unit was undoubtedly the most comfortable and well-appointed. The unit had undergone recent renovations and was elegantly decorated, complete with all the necessary kitchen amenities. The combination of comfort and tranquility made it an ideal choice for my stay. In contrast, the condo I occupied the week prior was of similar size and layout but lacked the superior quality and amenities of Mrs. Supin’s unit. As a Superhost myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the quality of the finishing work. The communication from Mrs. Supin was also excellent. I highly recommend booking Mrs. Supin’s condo for your next stay. Her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail make it a truly memorable experience.

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

A lovely place that was easy to stay in. The pool areas were lovely, especially the ocean side. The place was clean and found everything you need. Only sheets for the sofa bed were missing. We're staying with two young children and the place was a great fit. The place as a whole turned out to be better than we expected based on the listing. Thank you Nicha!
