Villa vacation rentals in Sattahip District

Johannes was so helpful since the beginning and we really enjoyed staying at this villa. It is a bitr far from Pattaya which we really like but very easy to get uber and so on. Pool was so nice either and house was super clean. There was a water issue in our last day and Johannes was really sorry about it and he didn't charge us for electricity because of water issue. If you are looking privacy this pool villa is for you we loved the place. Pool is not visible from outside but if someone look inside above the wall they can see you, but still the neighborhood is so calm and there was barely people around. Thanks for Johannes and this villa, we will definitely coming back there!

This is lovely place for a romantic weekend. First of all I will list all the pluses. It has many restaurants of which it is justly proud. The food is wonderful and the breakfasts were some of the best that I have had. The staff speak very good english and were very helpful. The rooms are kept clean and are modern. The Villa is on the beach and is in the centre of many attractions.. Definitely come again. Very nice stay.

The residence is really great, spacious and very very clean. Swimming pool is large, suitable for swimming. Kitchen is fully functional. The place is great for a relaxing trip. Host is nice and fast response.

Good accommodation. Air conditioning in every room. There is a swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun.

A little heaven far from the city.

We just finished a three night stay as two families: four adults and five kids. The house is great, plenty of space, nice big bedrooms and great facilities: lovely deep pool with a water slide which our kids never wanted to get out of, a pool table which our kids didn't want to stop playing on, good cooking facilities, and a good sound system with karaoke mics that, unfortunately, my wife didn't want to stop using. Check in was easy - we were met at the property and given an overview. We had called ahead and the host had kindly arranged to have lots of ice delivered and charcoal for the BBQ which was great. The pictures are accurate and overall it's a great place for a group of friends or families. You need a car as it is a bit remote but that is clear from the location when you book. You do need 2,000 baht in cash as a deposit which is fine. We got it back in full but be prepared as many of us in Thailand don't carry much cash around these days. I would book here again happily.

Korn's place was very nice, with space to entertain inside & outside. We enjoyed the pool and the karaoke machine, and we had everything we needed to feed 12 people. Korn was very responsive, and his assistant was very helpful at check in and check out I highly recomend Korn's home

The villa has a great location, right on the beachfront road. It was great to have our own pool because Bang Sare beach is not good for swimming. The water is brown and dirty, especially on the weekend. The house itself was clean and comfortable with lots of space for a large family. It is exactly like the photos. The decor is a little outdated, but perfectly fine. The host was very responsive to all requests before and during our stay. We felt very well looked after.

Strongly recommend this listing for family gathering. very conveniently located next to Jomtien Ocean Marina, offering many sea-related activities. The villa is very large, with nice garden, swimming pool. And provides everything needed, included all essentials (towels, soap) and even water, welcome fruits, coffee, snacks... warm attentions ! They even arranged for new baby bed & bathtub for our new born. Easy communication. Strongly recommended.

The house is very good. Exactly as pictured. The pool is large and clean. The only thing that is unfortunate is that there is no beach.Seafood can be caught by the reef at night.The house is cleaned with housekeepers and gardener every day, very serious.The location of the house is a little far away, you need to drive to a big supermarket, it is located in a fishing village, the seafood taste in the air is a bit heavy.The host is especially responsible for being patient, answering questions 24h online at any time, helping me rent motorbikes, and arranging vehicles to go to the supermarket.

The homestay is just opened, all the facilities are new and clean, I had a great stay!The host was very responsive and helpful and must be a big compliment!!! Recommend

Very comfortable stay. We had a big family that came together to celebrate the New Year. We had a lot of fun around the pool table and the swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of table space and chairs for various activities. The place is a bit far from the beach, but other than that, it was a lovely place for a large gathering.

dominik place is in perfect location, 10mn access via highway to jomtien beach and its restaurants, no traffic like in the center, and 10 golf courses within 20mn. we enjoy cozy open living room, very quiet area and the jacuzzi to relax! appreciate a lot the daily cleaning and the security of the area! will definetelly come back..and also a big thank for being pet friendly!

The house is very cool, nice rooms, very good kitchen, beautiful patio to have a nice evenings with pool. The location is also good with cute small town. We got a great vacation, wanna say thanks for the host who helped usa lot with all issues 🙏🏼 The host can chat Chinese! 👍

The owner even took us to the golf course, perfect hospitality 👍🏾
