The room is clean, beautiful, and as shown in the pictures. The bed is comfortable. Fully equipped. Good location. There is a private beach. You can walk to the water. There is a free seating area. The host responds very quickly and gives good advice. I will definitely stay again.

An amazing place to stay. The room is nice and clean. Swimming pool is just great. Love the cozy vibes here. Teewin is also a great host and helpful in answering any questions within 10-15 mins and everything was resolved right away. Highly recommend and I will definitely come back!

Really good, the house is in a great location, right next to Pattaya Beach, it is much better value for money than staying in a hotel next door, clean and hygienic, easy to get around, to Pattaya Soi 6 (ideal for boys), Bar Street Walking Street Night Market, these places are also very convenient, by the way, the boss is very nice and friendly, and told me a lot of delicious and fun places to visit, and I will not experience such a delicious😋 and interesting place to eat and travel freely!Overall a great experience!!

Nice apartment with an awesome view. Secured building, with a clean pool and 24hr reception. Did not get to meet Alexander, but communication was easy. Located about 15 min walk to local plaza with currency exchange and shops and night food market. There are two beach cafes right next to the property's beach. good place, I recommend!

The place is clean and has everything as mentioned. We trust that the host hires a professional cleaner and laundry service, so the cleanliness, linens, and towels are of hotel-equivalent quality, which is very satisfying. The place is well maintained—it is not new but is still in good condition. The host paid close attention to our booking. We had seven people, when we arrived, we found an extra rollaway futon in the living room. Kitchen equipment and utensils are sufficient, allowing us to prepare a quick breakfast ourselves. The view from the room has a slight flaw, as the room is on the 8th floor and the ocean view is partially blocked by the hotel building in front. However, we can still enjoy a sea view. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to visit the place again in the future.

Comfortable room with Smart TV and fast WiFi and everything necessary. Beautiful swimming pool area in French Riviera style decorated by boats with water slides. Walkable distance to the beach, very peaceful and convenient place away from dirt and debauchery of Walking Street.

Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

It was eight of us. We spent one night over there. Mr. Douglas is very friendly and very nice Welcoming us. He can speak Thai very good. We were so impressed with everything. I will go back again for next time.

Villa is located sea front and well maintain. Three bed room actually can fire for 9 pax but recommend max 6 pax is more convenience. Towel & equipment is clean, owner prepare Pop-corn station and 10 bottles of water in refrigerator. Salt swimming pool is very nice. Order food from Klua Samaesar restaurant is very convenient ( Menu at villa ) but wait 45-60 mins. Moo krata and Jim Jum also available, yummy and reasonable price. Overall we love this place and will come back again later.

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

Located right in the centre if Pattaya, I really enjoyed staying here during Songkran! A very comfortable apartment with a nice balcony, pool and sauna, and situated easily within walking distance to everything, including the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, perfect!
