Vacation rentals with a patio in Satilla River

Katrina's home was lovely and furnished very tastefully! It was obvious that she wanted her guests to be comfortable. There were many extra touches, such as coffee, tea, bottled water, and a cabinet filled with spices and condiments! I appreciate how quickly she responded to a question I had and my last minute request for my stay.

Place was close to everything, was provided with all the basic necessities plus some! Easy booking, communicative and accommodative! Thank you for an easy stay!

The place looked just like the photos. We walked in. It was bright parking was awesome and the neighbors were also pretty cool. The amount of space the washer and dryer the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the home and the patio were a plus for me. The local area had so many shopping stores they had doggy bags for the poop. The pool was gorgeous and to be quite honest I will go back again. It was far enough from everything but close enough to everything to keep me satisfied.

Our family enjoyed our trip to Amelia Island. The villa is very serene and peaceful. Kirby was quick to respond to any questions. Beach is a short walk and the tennis villa courts are right outside the villa’s patio. This unit is not a part of the Omni Resort so there is no access to its amenities, however, the pool at the villa was nice to relax at without a crowd.

Kent’s place was wonderful. Set amongst a beautiful neighborhood that’s was walkable with a nearby beach. We had never been to Amelia island. And highly recommend it. Staying at Kent’s place is the perfect location to enjoy all the island has to offer. We will definitely be back.

We booked this unit at the last minute and received a response in less than 15 minutes for same day check-in! We found it exactly as listed, extremely clean, and easy to access. The area is very quiet and family friendly, with shopping and restaurants options within 5 miles. Great access to the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when walking in and a little snack basket and thank you card greeted us. The response time from start to finish was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Five stars all around!

It was a great stay, especially for 2 families. It has a nice outside sitting area which we used a lot. Short walk to the beach and walkable distance for dinner. It’s in a nice, safe area. Easy check in with code access.

Everything was so clean and the home was laid out perfectly! We especially loved the backyard and eating dinner out on the back patio in the evening's! It's located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home to anyone needing to stay around Waycross.

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

I recommand more than 100% this lovely property. Everything élément you can think of is perfect. We were impressed but the cleanliness. Lisa was so king and so quick to reply. You see how much love has put been on the house to us feel at home and even better. The Mae will become our place when we’re in SSI. We are so grateful

We loved our stay. We were there to explore the coast. Perfect jumping off point and ideal house. Huge lovely shaded deck and yard where we stored our bikes safely behind a gate and had coffee each morning. We didn’t cook but we found everything we needed was there. Lovely charming historic home. We had fun every morning bicycling around - the port, the squares, the restaurants. We got in late so the only restaurant we found open was Reid’s. It stayed the favorite for the whole trip. The Yellow Deli looked adorable but sadly we missed them due to holiday.

Ty’s place was perfect for our family of 6 and dog. It’s very spacious, clean and everything is new. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very close to the beach, downtown, and great places to eat. We really appreciated the extra bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. The fenced in yard had plenty of room for our dog. We would love to come back!

My family of 4 had a fantastic stay! Kim is proactive, responsive and so accommodating- kindly even letting us know about stunning views like the moon rise while we were there. The view, the provided beach chairs, beach and pool access were wonderful. The condo itself was well stocked, very clean and quiet. Kim kindly and proactively reached out about some anticipated work noise from the condo which was extremely appreciated. Condo’s free and easy parking, as well as bike parking and access to bike routes and trails made the location even simpler and easy to enjoy. We loved our stay on quiet Amelia Island, thank you, Kim!

Ginny’s place is beautiful, clean and inviting. The beach is within walking distance and Fort Clinch State Park is very close. Ginny’s communication before, during and after our trip was great and very informative. She even provided us with brief descriptions of many restaurants nearby which was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again soon!

We had a great stay! The location is convenient to beaches and the pier. Condo was comfortable and clean. It has beach chairs and towels which was very helpful.

We wanted a restful and relaxing spring break trip! This place was great and provided rest and relaxation!! The 3 Cardinals are easy to communicate with and felt safe and comfortable where we were! When we return to St. Simons we would want to stay here! Highly recommend!

Melissa was a helpful host. Communication was excellent. She checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. As previously noted by other guests, the bathroom amenities were trial size as were the dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. We stayed a week and needed to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hand soap. We had only 1garbage bag left for us , fortunately we used the plastic bags from grocery shopping. The property itself is well kept and very comfortable. The view is outstanding and the location is in a quiet area of the island. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Lori & John’s place was a nice stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cute layout and had everything we needed. Right next to the heated pool. They had a guest book with everything you could think of including places to eat. Brogans was one of our favorite. Close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay you will too.

We loved it! Very modern and clean. So close to restaurants and right at the pool! My granddaughter loved the playground at on site. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!
