We had a memorable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

We had a very nice vacation at Maria Antonietta's. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was filled. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide :).

A charming and peaceful spot in Brunate. Carlo and his family are so friendly and welcoming, we cannot recommend this place enough. Located very high up, providing the most incredible views. Only a 5 minutes walk away from the funicular with easy access to Como, the bonus being that you can purchase your return ticket from Brunate, and on return from Como, do not queue in the huge line! Just walk straight into the station as you already have your ticket. The apartment is very well equipped and we loved the decor, an old Italian charm. The gardens are so well kept and you can see that Carlo really puts in a lot of effort. There are plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink in Brunate, we could not try them all but they are mainly very well rated. We would definitely return, we can imagine that in changing seasons the views are magnificent, We would especially love to return in Autumn. For us, we would not even consider staying in Como, Brunate is a far more relaxing escape!

It was a wonderful time in the great villa by the lake. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms and cozy corners for conversations. The children enjoyed the large garden extensively. Everything worked out great. Only the late check-in time we do not find appropriate for the price and we cleaned kitchen utensils again before use. Otherwise, we'd love to come back. Thank you very much.

We are delighted with our stay during the New Year period, with fireworks all around the lake visible from the terraces of the house! Catalda is welcoming and welcomed us very well. The house is spotless and well laid out. Nothing is missing. Regarding walking access: it doesn't even last 1 minute and we went up easily with a toddler! In short, everything was great.
