Here in Achern you will find a number of cultural and sporting activities in the immediate vicinity (outdoor pool, quarry lakes, city garden,...) On spacious 95 sqm you will find modern equipped premises which were lovingly renovated in 2020 to 2023. Thanks to the open gable, the high ceilings give the rooms a special charm. The thoughtful decorative elements which are color-coordinated with each other, round off the apartment. Designated hiking routes and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.

Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.
