Il mio alloggio si trova a solo 4 km dal centro di San Teodoro e dalle famose spiagge, splendide viste panoramiche,ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vicino a tutte le comodità come supermercati,farmacia etc.Dista 20 minut in auto all'aeroporto e al porto. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla e rilassante.Arredamento nuovo con cucina completa. Linea del gas e idrica diretta.( no bombola in casa ). Molto spazio al esterno con lettini e barbeque. POSTO AUTO PRIVATO.

Giovanni è stato un host molto premuroso, ci ha consigliato e accolto con attezione. La casa è una chicca di tranquillità in campagna. Vi sveglierete con una distesa di ulivi a perdita d'occhio fino al mare, che si vede dal patio della casa. Potrete prendere il sole grazie ai lettini disponibili nel giardino. Appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare. Biancheria da cucina inclusa. Consigliatissimo.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, besonders der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit bei Gino verbracht, der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Auch ist uns der sehr gepflegte Garten positiv aufgefallen. Allein die unbefestigte Straße zur Unterkunft wurde wohl durch den Regen etwas in Mitleidenschaft zugezogen. Dennoch war es selbst für unser kleines Mietauto (Fiat Panda) kein Problem, diese zu befahren. Man muss sich deswegen also keinerlei Sorgen machen! Wenn wir nochmal eine Unterkunft in der Gegend suchen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Die Lage ist top, da der La Cinta Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung war sehr gut für uns als vierköpfige Familie, insbesondere der Umschwung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Veranda ist wunderbar zum Kaffee trinken. Die Kinder konnten viel draussen spielen, es hatte sogar Sandspielsachen dort. Wir konnten die nassen Badetücher gut zum Trocknen an den Leinen aufhängen. Die Aussendusche war vorzüglich und äusserst praktisch nach dem Baden im Meer. Flaminia ist äusserst zuvorkommend, hat uns mit reichlich Ideen versorgt und die wichtigsten Sachen waren in der Wohnung verfügbar (Abwaschmittel, Kaffee, WC-Papier, viele Dusch- und Badetücher usw.) Die Abfallentsorgung ist super organisiert mit den Eimern und Entsorgungsplan. Vielen Dank für alles!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles war wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage! Der Strand La Cinta ist in etwa 10-15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch in das Zentrum von San Teodoro braucht man nicht länger als 15 Minuten. Silvia ist eine sehr nette, gut gelaunte Gastgeberin und ist stets erreichbar. Eine leere Gasflasche für den Herd wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten am späteren Abend noch gewechselt!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'alloggio di Maja a Settembre 2024 ed abbiamo trovato lo spazio molto confortevole. In particolare abbiamo trovato particolarmente comodo avere delle biciclette a disposizione ed avere una doccia con lava piedi all'esterno dell'abitazione per evitare di portare sabbia all'interno. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare, oltre che alla lavastoviglie, al microonde e alla macchna del caffè; inoltre abbiamo avuto maniera di apprezzare l'attrezzato spazio verde a disposizione. Maja è stata un'host molto reattiva, così come il sig. Luciano, sempre disponibile e molto cordiale. Grazie!
