Vacation rentals with beach access in Sas Linnas Siccas

This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. Blessings.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We had a great time at Valentina's place. The proximity to the sea and the balcony are a dream. Everything as described and very simple. Many thanks to Valentina!

We’re very happy to have spent a week in this charming house with privacy and a fantastic view. Nice showers and lots of space for clothes. Extra quality was added by Alessandro’s welcoming words and helpful instructions and tips. Having a kind host like him means so much.

Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

Even though we only spent two nights at the Airbnb, we had a wonderful stay! We liked the Airbnb very much, everything as described and the garden was especially nice! In April, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Swimming was even possible, so feel free to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

The garden with access to the beach is simply fantastically beautiful....The house is simply maintained and has everything you need. For cold days, there is a fireplace and additional warm blankets. The host was very friendly and always available for questions. The location is beautiful. You can walk along the beach for hours and climb over rocks to the next one. Perfect for families. I'm sure we'll be back.

Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total peace! Beautiful beach within walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at the Airbnb. Beautiful bay just a few meters walk away, perfect for watching the sunrise. The Airbnb had everything you need and we felt very comfortable. Quiet location but still some restaurants nearby.

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

We love this place! It’s very quiet with a beautiful view and close to the charming town we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time here, just a short distance from a beautiful coast and great restaurants.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. The area is really nice with beautiful beaches accessible by foot.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.
